The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) celebrates its’ 50th birthday this year as the trade association for the professional security industry in the UK. In its 25th year it seems fitting that Datatag ID Ltd join this prestigious association within the ‘Asset and Property Marking Section’.
Datatag membership sees it joining a wide range of member companies ranging in size from global operations to small and medium sized enterprises; each offering quality products and a range of services to a wide spectrum of end-users.
Kevin Howells, Managing Director of Datatag said, “We are very pleased to have been welcomed into the British Security Industry Association, its’ values and beliefs mesh very closely with ours and we look forward to making a positive contribution to their goals.”
Datatag’s membership comes at a time when they have launched a new Home Marking System to protect valuables such as laptops, TVs and games consoles, a new MicroCESAR System to protect small powertools and when its’ CESAR Scheme; the official registration scheme for construction plant and agricultural equipment in the UK and which Datatag manages on behalf of the CEA and AE, reaches its 10th year.
